The priority was to create a strong and desirable commercial address for visitors and tenants.The interior was given a fresh identity with light and transparency. 

The project consisted of refurbishment and upgrade works to the commercial office areas, common areas, amenities and café. For quality control and minimal disruption, prefabricated components gave ease of assembly and construction with minimal onsite labour. 

A substantial cost and energy saving was achieved by recycling and reusing most of the light fittings throughout the building.
